Large-Scale Commercial Roof Replacement

This project involved the installation of a fully adhered insulation and TPO roofing system across a massive data center facility. Unlike typical open-roof projects, approximately 70% of the surface was covered with curbs, penetrations, and mechanical equipment.

Every section required detailed work—flashings, terminations, and tie-ins—executed with precision to maintain system integrity across a highly interrupted layout. The result was a durable, high-performance roofing system built for long-term reliability.

Crews worked in parallel while coordinating closely with the general contractor and other teams to manage staging, access, and protection. With limited workable space, sequencing became critical.

Work zones were defined daily to prevent overlap, and adjustments were made in real time to keep progress on track. This level of coordination ensured that even in tight, congested areas, productivity never stalled.
