Cross Country Mortgage required a complete roof replacement of the entire complex with structural renovations and some new additions. The renovation started late in the season in 2021 and completed in 2022 when the remaining sections of the building went through a major renovation.

Total Roof Replacement

Warren Roofing® led the effort alongside Turner to completely remove and replace the existing roofing system and install the new system with a high level of accuracy.

The Challenge

Working With an Old Building

Warren Roofing® and Turner worked together through numerous unknown issues throughout the project. The buildings were very old and deteriorated, causing multiple delays. The project foreman was tasked daily with coordinating work with other trades. Because he was working with a building in such deteriorated condition, he was constantly problem-solving unforeseen issues. Due to the supply chain issues, he also had to pay close attention to what material we had and be proactive since lead times were 2-6 months. One miscalculation on his part and the project would not have finished in time.

Working With Care and Precision

With multiple daily challenges on the job, our foreman and his crew were creative at every stage of the process—finding ways to navigate material delays and adhere to a strict timeline for completion without sacrificing quality. For example, the crew came across major deck replacement needed: Some sections required total deck replacement. We also worked with mechanical plumbing and HVAC contractors as all rooftop equipment was replaced and additional equipment was installed.
