The Job

New Construction With Integrated Roofing Systems

Warren Roofing® was selected for this new construction project due to our ability to install complex roofing systems, including fully adhered membranes, green roofs, and paver/pedestal configurations. The client needed a contractor capable of building a multi-functional, energy-efficient roof that aligned with their mission of innovation and environmental responsibility. Our proven coordination with other trades and history of delivering high-performance, specialty roofing solutions made us the contractor of choice.

The Challenge

Blending Durability, Design, and Sustainability

Although this was new construction, the roofing design was highly complex. The project required the integration of a fully adhered TPO membrane with a paver and pedestal system and a vegetative green roof. Each component had to be seamlessly layered to provide pedestrian access, support plant life, and deliver superior waterproofing—all while staying on schedule and coordinating with other trades. This meant precision in execution and specialized knowledge in advanced roofing systems.

The Solution

A Multi-Layered Roofing System Built for Purpose

Warren Roofing® began by installing a fully adhered TPO membrane to create a watertight foundation for the entire roofing system. From there, our team added a paver and pedestal system to create a walkable rooftop, ideal for group gatherings or outdoor educational activities. Finally, we installed a green roof to promote stormwater management, reduce heat island effect, and align with the Center’s commitment to sustainability. The materials used included:
