Custom Soffit & Feature Drainage System

This project centered on the installation of a custom ACM soffit system, paired with a unique downspout design integrated into the building’s architecture.

The soffit system was constructed over an insulated plywood substrate, requiring tight tolerances and consistent alignment across all panels.

A standout feature of the project was the downspout system—designed to run from the soffit into a collector box, then split into two directions to navigate around an architectural column.

The result was a clean, functional system that enhanced both the building’s performance and visual appeal.
