Unlike traditional roofing projects, this work was highly visible—meaning every detail mattered.

Clean lines, consistent joints, and seamless transitions were critical to achieving the desired architectural finish. Even minor inconsistencies would be noticeable, placing a greater emphasis on precision throughout the installation.

The complexity of the downspout system—particularly the transition around the column—required careful planning and creative problem-solving to ensure both function and aesthetics were achieved.

Efficient Materials & Long-Term Thermal Performance

Material usage was carefully managed throughout the project to minimize waste, particularly given the custom fabrication of ACM panels.

Additionally, the insulated substrate behind the soffit contributes to improved thermal performance, supporting the building’s long-term efficiency.
