The Job
A New PVC Roof and Fluid-Applied Roof
RH needed a roofing solution that could accommodate a design that would cover the finished roof system with pavers, stones, furniture, and fire pits.
RH, previously known as Restoration Hardware, is a high-end home furnishings retailer. As they designed and aimed to build a mansion-like showroom in Orange, near Pinecrest shopping center, they needed a commercial roofing contractor who could achieve not only the high-quality installation of a new roof but also their vision for the building’s design and aesthetic appeal.
RH needed a roofing solution that could accommodate a design that would cover the finished roof system with pavers, stones, furniture, and fire pits.
This project would demand lots of coordination with other trades to satisfy the owner’s expectations for the job.

Warren Roofing® successfully completed the installation of the new PVC roof and fluid-applied roof covered with special pavers brought in from Italy.
Because of the congestion on the site, scheduling and long lead times on material had to be carefully considered and coordinated. The compressed schedule demanded clear communication between trades on the job site. Warren Roofing® worked closely with JGJ Construction for two years on the project design and budget, and all trades worked cooperatively to satisfy the owner of the building.
The expectations were high: The roof had to be perfect as the finished product is covered with pavers, stone, furniture, and fire pits. Our pavers also had to be perfect for all the potential customers to enjoy. We installed pavers up to 6 feet by 6 feet for the decorative walkways. Special rigging was needed to set the pavers precisely where they needed to go.
The owner was extremely satisfied with the finished roofing system, which exceeded expectations for the desired quality of installation, aesthetic appeal, and functionality.
