A Sloped Roof Design

Warren Roofing® and Gilbane worked together through numerous issues throughout the project. The building’s design was a very sloped roof deck, making the installation difficult. We also worked with mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors as all rooftop equipment needed to be in place so we could seal the vapor barrier correctly.

There were numerous challenges, ranging from supply chain issues to monthly material increases and multiple contractors working on the roof at the same time. Safety was difficult because of the slope of the roof.

Single Ply Roof Installation

Our crew installed the new PVC single ply roof with care and precision, ensuring the highest quality and performance for the new library. We successfully made sure that the air barrier was installed correctly and overcame challenges with the slope of the roof deck through a lot of forward thinking and close oversight by the team.
